A cruising and cycling adventure exploring Dubrovnik and
the magical islands of southern Dalmatia
George Bernard Shaw said 'those who seek paradise on Earth should
come to Dubrovnik', also describing it as 'the pearl of the Adriatic'. With its
impressive old town and dominating position on the Adriatic coast, the city
is visually stunning and deserving of both Shaw's remarks and its UNESCO
World Heritage status. Based on a comfortable boat, the trip begins in
Dubrovnik where time is set aside to explore the narrow streets and lively
town. Extending westerly into the Mediterranean the islands of southern
Dalmatia are best explored by bike. Highlights include visiting the islands of
Korcula and Mljet. This trip also includes an excursion across the Bosnian
border to the beautiful historic town of Mostar.
ITINERARY: DAY 1 | Arrival and guided tour of Dubrovnik, overnight
at Gruž 2 | Cycle on the island of Šipan, cruise to Mljet for an afternoon
cycle (10 + 30km) 3 | Cruise to Lavasto, discover the island by bike (30km)
4 | Cruise to Korcula, cycle from Brna to Vela Luka, cruise to Gradac (23km)
5 | Excursion to Mostar 6 | Cruise to Korcula Island, cycle to Korcula town
(50km) 7 | By boat to Prapratno on the mainland, cycle to Salon then cruise
to Zaton (30km) 8 | Trip concludes in Zaton

Discover Croatia's natural wonders of North Dalmatia by bike
E xplore the nature lover's paradise of North Dalmatia while staying on board a
comfortable boat, your floating accommodation for a week. Cruising on crystal
clear water, we anchor in quiet ports and in entrances of national parks from
where we cycle through a myriad of landscapes. From the stunning island of
Dugi Otok to the well preseved medieval towns of Sibenik, Zadar and Trogir, we
also discover the unspoiled nature of some of Croatia's most famous national
p arks like Krka and Kornati. Each day you can either decide to bike alone, using
the information and maps provided, or join the tour guides. The friendly crew
will help you enjoy to the fullest this journey into Croatia's past and present.
ITINERARY: DAY1 | ArriveTrogir to board the boat, crossing to Rogoznica
2| Cycle to Primosten, cruise to Sibenik and on to Skradin (20km) 3 | Explore
Krka National Park by boat and on foot, cruise to Sibenik for cycle to Vodice
(1 5km) 4 | Cycle to Murter Island, cruise through National Park Kornati to
N ature Park Telascica, overnight Dugi Otok Island (27km) 5 | Cycle on Dugi
Otok Island, cruise to Zadar then explore on foot (30km) 6 | Cruise to Ugljan,
cy cle on Ugljan and Pasman islands, cruise to Zlarin (35km) 7 | Cruise to Solta
and cycle the island, return by boat to Trogir (15km) 8 | Trip concludes
