An iconic walk to discover the stunning Scottish
Highlands from Loch Lomond to Ben Nevis
Experience the wild landscape of the south western Scottish
Highlands on this famous 92 mile trail linking the lowlands with the
highlands. During the week long walk covering most of the trail, take
in the quintessential scenery including impressive lochs, open heather
moorland and mountainous landscapes to towns of character and
history. Discover Loch Lomond, Britain's largest lake, as you walk from Drymen just to the north of Glasgow,
to Rannoch Moor, a vast wilderness area. The final stage takes you to Fort William close to the foot of Ben
Nevis (1344m), Britain's highest peak, which is possible to climb by adding an additional night. Staying in
atmospheric B&B's, many originating from Droving Inns, the evenings are free to relax with a whiskey and
absorb the historic charm of the trail.
