A walk around the Iveragh Peninsula with stunning views
of the famous Kerry countryside and coastline
The Iveragh Peninsula is one of Ireland's great natural tourist attractions.
It encompasses a 179‑kilometre circuit from Killarney, via Killorglin,
Cahersiveen, Waterville, Kenmare and back to Killarney across Moll's Gap
and past Ladies View ‑ one of Ireland's most famous viewpoints. We leave
the tour bus route and journey along a network of ancient paths which
weave between the main points, on the long‑distance track known as the
Kerry Way. During this superb week long self‑guided walk we experience
stunning coastal scenery and pretty fishing villages, such as Caherdaniel
and Portmagee, whose beautifully preserved stone dwellings have
weathered the coastal elements for centuries, nestled amid a picturesque
scene of verdant hills. At night we get a taste of traditional Irish hospitality
in comfortable B&B's chosen for their good character, location and fine Irish
breakfasts.

Experience on foot the history and natural beauty of
Ireland's Dingle Peninsula
The Dingle Peninsula is one of the most spectacular regions on Ireland's
West Coast. Moreover it is steeped in history, mythology and traditional
Irish culture. There is no other landscape in Western Europe with the same
density and variety of archaeological monuments. This mountainous finger
of land, jutting into the Atlantic Ocean, has supported various tribes and
populations for at least 6,000 years. It is impossible to visit the Dingle
Peninsula and not be impressed by its archaeological heritage, which ranges
from prehistoric times through the Early Christian period to the Middle Ages.
There are plenty of small hamlets to enjoy good Irish cheer along the way
and in the evenings you will stay at a selection of B&B's, chosen for their
good character, location and excellent Irish breakfasts.
