An indulgent food&wine focusedcycle throughprettyAlsace
Sitting on the border of France and Germany is one of the most picturesque
regions of France, the Alsace. The blend of influences over time has left
a remarkable cultural legacy and along with it a gastronomy scene that
can be found nowhere else in France. The Alsace is also one of the most
cycle‑friendly regions in France and experiencing the charm and character
of the famous Alsatian Wine Road at handlebar level offers a healthy and
interactive alternative to conventional touring. Explore at a gentle pace, the
region's unique cuisine, wines, history, stunning landscapes and fairytale
style villages. The food focus on this trip will see you taking part in a cooking
course in Strasbourg, home to the official seat of the European Parliament,
tasting wines in the beautiful wine town of Obernai, where Kronenburg beer
is also brewed, as well as visiting a chocolate factory and wine museum
